Woodburn self catering flat is a comfortable, well equipped ground floor two bedroom flat joining our friendly family run B&B. Set in an acre of garden with open views over the Tummel valley.

Situated in the town of Pitlochry, Perthshire, Scotland, the heartland of Scotland. An excellent base for touring both the Highlands and Lowlands of Scotland.

Just off the A9, the main North road between Perth and Inverness.

Within short walking distance of all the local amenities, town centre, bus stop, train station, Festival Theatre, distilleries and the many walks in and around the town.  Refer to Home page for details of activities in the area.

Open plan sittingroom/kitchenette/dining room with bay window and great views over the Tummel valley.

Master bedroom - double bed plus wardrobe, dressing table and wash hand basin.

Bedroom 2 - bunk bed (double bottom and single top) plus wardrobe.

Toilet/shower room.

Colour TV; Washing Machine; Electric Cooker; Microwave; Fridge Freezer; Towels & Linen; Shed for storing bikes, fishing rods; patios and picnic tables to the side and front; Guests have use of the washing lines at the other end of the house; Ample private parking.  Well behaved pets are welcome. Electricity is supplied through a one pound coin meter.

Woodburn overlooks the Games/Recreation Park, River Tummel and Pitlochry Festival Theatre.
